Dahlia did not freshen this year due to retaining a kid from the previous year and was operated on in January. We said to ourselves, we could either lose her for the year or give her a chance to come into milk. We started milking her and went from 4 squirts a milking to being in full milk in two months and she also earned her *M. Dahlia has one of the most impressive mammary systems we've seen in a long time. She excels in strength and width of attachments, both front and rear. Dahlia combines that strength of mammary system with correctness in general appearance and dairy character. We not only admire Dahlia's strength of general appearance and her correctness in the mammary system, but her extreme will to milk, especially in light of her surgery earlier in the year.
